Oh cool. I don't know if you know that Ryuji's birthday is in a couple days? And I wanted to leave his present in his room but like not have him know I'm leaving it.
Not quite, help me sneak in to put there? Like let me know when he's out and keep an eye out for him coming back so he doesn't catch me. I want it to be a surprise.
You should. If you want help picking something out any of us would be more than happy to help I'm sure.
Thank you so much. Can you let me know when he leaves that day? I would do it the night before but he'd probably open it before it was officially his birthday or something.
Come to think of it, I probably do need help picking something out. Otherwise I'll probably just buy more training equipment or something! Haha. He'd probably like that anyway, though.
Okay! He totally would if you did, he seems the type to do so.
Hmm, maybe better to not gift it then. Sounds like something he'd want a specific way.
They do have video games here. We took a whole journey when we got here to find an arcade with virtual reality games. I'm sure there's a Prisma version of a game store though. We can go on an adventure if you want to try to find one for his gift.
[Ren was an Astella. The urge to build something to attract others, it seemed, was finally realized with a gigantic sand castle by the beach. Or a sand fortress was a a better way to explain it; a mixture of mud, clay and some wooden walls to give it structure. From the untrained eye, it was something that might fall down if it was touched. But no, not only was it a prime viewing spot for anything and everything that happened around the crashing waters, but thanks to Ren's speed, building it was a lot faster than what it should be and it held steadfast even when the winds increased and dragons got to it around him.
Besides, it was much more fun than just pitching a tent or doing this at the cafe house. He'd always been one to try and separate pleasure and work (even if a few incidents in the coffee house had changed that). And it kept his mind away from...well everything and anything that might strike his fancy. Ren didn't want to be 'that person' who jumped at everyone because he knew if he let the voice inside of him continue, it would be. Instead, he concentrated on making his 'lair' beautiful and fantastic, covering the top with seashells and little bits of this and that he found. Rainbow-like rocks that sparkled in the sunlight. Someone's forgotten shorts. A fork?
Inside, he'd brought a mound of camping food, a sleeping bed, pillows of all sizes and shapes, a pair of lawn chairs outside and some lit tiki torches to give it an air of mysticism. A gigantic (but frozen?) Tuna was covered by a tarp, a sort of make-shift sushi bar where the bar was an entire giant fish that Ren periodically refroze with his powers to keep fresh.
If Kasumi happens to pass by, she might notice him with a pair of sunglasses sipping loudly on a rainbow colored drink with a little umbrella.]

Does that make any sort of sense?
